When do you know a relationship is over?

OK IM A 20YR. OLD FEMALE AND IN A 2 YEAR ON N OFF RELATIONSHIP: I DON'T KNOW IF HE STILL WANT TO BE WITH ME, ITS LIKE HE FINDS SOMETHING OR IF IM MAD ABOUT SOMETHING HE IS ALL WAYS SO FAST TO SAY ITS OVER OR HE IS DONE! WE FIGHT AT LEAST 1X A WEEK! SHOULD I LET GO OF THE RELATIONSHIP? IS IT OVER?

It seems like this relationship should probably end. If you're fighting on a consistent basis, with no real hope of resolution, it's best to just start over.

Relationships take work, but if no progress is being made, you can't keep treading water in the same dysfunction.
