What to get boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I will have been dating for 3 years here soon and I have no idea what to get him!! He enjoys all outdoor activities, especially hunting and fishing. He is also very artistic and likes to do black and white pencil drawings. We agreed that due to our financial situation we are only going to get small gifts this year, around 30 dollars, but I want it to be something thoughtful, loving, and meaningful.
