So confused

okay so im 14 im a girl and i REALLY like this guy. but he and i have a past. well in december he liked me but i didnt like him. then in may i liked him and he liked me so we became boyfriend and girlfriend. and everything was going so great.

it was always so easy to talk to him. then all of the sudden he broke up with me. he told me a million excuses. i havent been able to stop liking him. now im hearing rumors that he likes me again and he looks at me but than why did he break up with me in the first place.

does he think that i dont like him is that why he hasnt told me that he likes me again? IM SO CONFUSED!!!

Have you ever heard the saying "you don't appreciate what you have until it's gone". Or, "the grass is always greener on the other side".

I think both of these are applicable here. When you're young, it's natural to want to try out different situations. Your ex may have realized that being with you was better than being without you. If you want to give him another shot, you should. He'll be less likely to leave so quickly next time.
