Should he delete his online dating profile?

I recently found a man on an online dating service. We instantly hit it off and have been seeing each other for over a week now. In fact he told me as far as he is concerned he has found what he is looking for and is not going to search anymore. He asked me what I thought about that? I feel the same way and I told him that. I went home and took my profile off. Since then I have checked to see if he has taken his off and he has not. What should I do. He still acts like I am the only one he wants to be with and calls and sends text messages to me all the time. We spend a lot of time together. He actually told me he took it off. How do I bring it up without him thinking I am checking up on him?

Hi Julie,
That's a good question. First off, I would say not to worry about it too much. There are all kinds of reasons why he might not of deleted his profile, but, my guess is that it is most likely laziness. So, my advice is to forget about it for the time being.
Regardless of why he has yet to delete it, you should still be focusing on getting to know each other better. You haven't been going out too long. It's awesome that it seems like the relationship is taking off. Keep that momentum going... As long as you're spending time with one another, getting more and more serious, and growing closer, the whole profile thing will work itself out.
I'm worried that if you bring it up to him as a potential problem, you might risk derailing the good vibe you've been cultivating together. So, just forget about it for the time being.
If, in a month or so, you guys are still pretty serious, and the he still hasn't deleted the profile, then you could bring it up. You'll know each other better by then, so it'll be easier to talk honestly with one another.
For now, just focus on getting to know one another.
Good Luck! I hope you have indeed found what you've been looking for.
