love making frequency

When we first met we made love every day, now, after 4 years we have sex maybe 1 time per week. It is both of us, not just one or the other. Is this normal?
Answer:
It is common for love making frequency to decrease as you get older, and have been with your partner for more time. As long as you both are fine with the amount of sex, there is no reason to sweat it. In fact, if your libido matches your wife's that is something to be quite happy about.
You could be worried that the lack of sex may lead to you or your wife feeling undesired or as though you're no longer attracted to one another. To avoid this, make sure to communicate your attraction as often as possible, and when you do make love, make it really nice.
Also, open up the communication. Share with each other your kinkiest desires. You might want to have sex more often if she would entertain some specific kink, and she might want to make love more often if you could fulfill a specific fantasy of hers. The more you two are on the same page about what you need from one another physically, the less likely you'll run into problems down the road.
Good Luck!
