help with a fun and creative date idea!

Please help! Okay, so my boyfriend and I have been dating for about four months and we have done all the normal date ideas; movies, mall, swimming, walked on the board walk, everything.

I live in a very boring town, Hackettstown, New Jersey, NOTHING here. I need a fun, different date idea. My boyfriend is kinda of shy and I am total opposite so I want us both to be comfortable on the date.

Also, something not to expensive, I lost my job so he would have to pay, so I don't want to empty his wallet. Thank you! :)

Kristen, 4 months is a lot of dating. I bet you have exhausted all the good options in your small town.

What to do? Road trip! OK, not a crazy cross country trip to Cali and back. But, what about a good day trip to some weird destination you would never go to otherwise.

like the common saying goes, it's not the destination, it's the journey. Don't make the trip too stressful. Take back roads, stop at flea markets and farmers markets and odd looking stores and restaurants.

No need to spend a lot of money. Just spend time together.
