Best Friend Being Cheated On

I have a best friend that's has been in a relationship for 1 year with this 40 year old guy who has 4 kids by 4 woman. He has cheated on her with another woman she even has hard core proof but she keeps telling me that the other woman knew about her and is trying to break them up. I keep telling her to leave him but he has manipulated her into staying with him. What is a best friend suppose to do? I'm really frustrated. The fact still remains he cheated on her.

You are obviously a good and caring person, and your friend is lucky to have you.

A guy who has 4 children with 4 different women probably suffers from a lack of good judgment, and your friend could do better. It doesn't matter if the older woman baited him into the affair, he still took the bite.

The best thing you can do is to take your friend out, and have some fun with her. Get her mind off the Jerk, and she may even find some better dating material while hanging out with you.

In the end though, it's her choice. If she really wants to stay with this guy, she probably will. All you can really do is help her to move on to something better.
